We do! We’ll just need proof of service and you’re all set!

We do not offer discounts for up front/cash payment in full.

Do you charge for diagnostics or vessel inspections?
Yes, by the hour with computer diagnostic fees.

Do you charge shipping fees for special order parts (not stocked)?
Yes. Shipping costs are subject to change based on order.

Do you sell used boats or motors?
We pride ourselves in being San Diego’s premier new boat and outboard motors dealership.

Do you sell electric outboards?
Yes. We are a certified Torqeedo dealer and are working on expanding our offerings.

What size outboards do you sell?
We are a full line outboard dealer ready to supply any size outboard.

Do you service all outboard motors?
Yes! We can service any outboard motor, but we are factory certified in Mercury, Suzuki , Tohatsu, Torqeedo and Yamaha.

Do you service inboard engines or IO engines:
No, we do not specialize in inboards or IO powertrains.

Do you service large vessels?
Yes, usually we use a local boat yard for haul-outs & require an appointment with both SII & boat yard.

Do you service jet boats?
Yes, exclusively Williams Jet Tenders.

Can I bring my boat in for repairs today?
We require appointments for all repairs.

How do get my boat to SII for repairs?
After making an appointment with our Service Department you’ll want to do either of the following options:
Meet at local launch ramp for pickup on SII trailer (fees apply)
Call your towing provider (Sea Tow San Diego or TowBoatUS San Diego) or friend to tow you to the ramp
Meet us at a local hoist (sdyc/swyc/etc) to lift onto trailer
Use your trailer & drive it to the service yard

Can you come look at my boat for service?
We have a 2 hr minimum for off-site/on-water service including diagnostics and inspections.
*On-site SII service is the preferred method

Can I work on my boat at your yard?
Sorry, due to liability reasons we cannot let you work inside our yard at any time.

Can you patch my boat?
Please head to our Service Department page to submit your patch request.

Can I return my special order parts?
Sorry, no returns on special orders.

What is the expected lead time for out of stock or custom color boats?
ETA is always subject to change and varies based on manufacturer. We will alway communicate your ETA as soon as the order is placed and we receive updates.

Do you offer offshore delivery?
We are happy to facilitate offshore delivery of larger boats.

Do you accept trade-ins?
Only in special cases:
If the boat fits in our showroom floor and meets SII standards.
If you buy a new boat we will do what we can to help you sell that boat.
